EXCHANGE POLICY
Products purchased in-salon or on-line can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery date.
REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that according to legal requirements for distance selling, we offer a return policy. However, we understand the importance of hygiene, especially for bespoke goods like hair extensions. For this reason, if the sticker/seal on the packaging is opened, refunds may not be accepted, as advised by many merchants.
