Working in the industry for over 20 years, she’s not only Bernardo’s mother but also his teacher when he started his career. She used to run her own salon in Brazil for more than a decade and now she’s based in London working beside her son. Neuza dedicates her time in the salon with Hair Extensions and Straightening Processes. She also travels with Bernardo for appointments and extensions training. Check it out on her page:

Paloma works in the ADM of TRYO and she dedicates her time managing, updating and creating new strategies for brand growth.
She is Bernardo’s sister and his right hand, making the most for the team and clientele to have the best experience and service available in the market.

Ana Paula Amaral is a medical aesthetic nurse specialised in non-surgical medical cosmetic treatments. She is graduated in two universities, being a registered member of Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Gabriela

Marketing and Brand Developer

Gabriela is the Brand Developer here at BCO London. Graduated in Journalism with a background in TV & Film Production, she works with our Social Media, Marketing Strategies and Brand Image.
She also works with the planning of the future of the company together with the Director.

Ruan

Brand Designer

Master in Design and Visual Culture at Laureat International University in Lisbon, Portugal.
Ruan is a multidisciplinary designer who works in the marketing department of BCO in London, in
the visual construction of the brand, content creation design and marketing digital material.
